About ADN

ADN Leadership

ADN organises meetings on topics often overlooked at larger events, frequently being the first to organise conferences on key topics. ADN meetings deliver actionable insights, generate in-depth discussions, and create unique opportunities to connect with a senior, expert delegation. By prioritising quality over scale, ADN enables delegates, speakers, and sponsors to engage meaningfully.

Over 15 years, ADN events have attracted CEOs, NHS leaders, regulators, government officials, and expert speakers, providing a forum for decision-makers to tackle high-stakes topics—from equity in maternal critical care to student wellbeing and safety in engineering. ADN’s reputation extends internationally, highlighted by an invitation from the Chinese government to organise a conference in Beijing, demonstrating the credibility, impact, and global reach of its meetings, as well as an event partnership with an Indian research institution to organise an event on braking technology.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the events industry, managing conferences for both commercial event companies and membership organisations, including the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), one of the world’s largest engineering membership bodies; the Intensive Care Society (ICS), the UK’s multi-professional membership organisation supporting critical care professionals; and the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO), an intergovernmental body focused on ICT policy and capacity-building.

I have managed large-scale conferences attended by thousands of delegates to facilitating private intergovernmental roundtables, demonstrating experience in delivering events that are both highly visible and strategically significant.
